Warranty
Beligotti warrants that our wheels will be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal and intended use for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty for chrome wheels covers both peeling and separation of the plating surface from the wheels. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to maintain proper cleaning and care of the wheels to prevent corrosion, as corrosion is not covered under warranty.
Beligotti’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at Beligotti’s sole discretion without charge, any Beligotti product that does not conform to this warranty so long as it is returned with a copy of the original sales receipt. Such repair or replacement shall not include costs associated with the installation or removal of the product, or any shipping costs. The warranty covers cosmetic defects such as the peeling and separation of the chrome or paint from the wheel as a manufacture defect, provided that the wheel has been maintained in a proper manner including the use of detergents that do not in any way harm the chrome or painted finish.
The warranty does not cover surface rust, pitting, or other cosmetic defects due to neglect or improper care. Candy painted finishes carry a 120-day warranty against fading. All warranty claims must first be discussed with the authorized dealer and not directly with Beligotti. All claims due to cosmetic imperfections must be placed no later than 10 days after the original purchase and prior to installation. The customer understands that imperfections are common in aftermarket wheels and can be exchanged at the customer’s expense. Beligotti hereby disclaims all other warranties not expressly stated or implied.
This Limited Warranty is Void if:
- Wheels were NOT purchased from an authorized dealer.
- Any malfunction, defect, or failure caused by damage from transporting the wheels, or by accident, abuse, or negligence.
- Blemishes, peeling, or discoloration on the backside of the wheel.
- Corrosion or damage occurred due to improper maintenance.
- Corrosion or cosmetic issues on the wheels resulting from car damage, chemicals, various climate conditions, or neglect.
- Damage or structural failure occurs as the result of road conditions, accident, road hazard impact, or because of off-road activities that exceed their load rating.
- Damage or structural failure occurs as the result of racing applications or willful abuse, misuse, or negligence.
- Damage occurs due to neglect or adverse weather conditions.
- The wheels have been altered or repaired other than by Beligotti or installed on customized vehicles (i.e., non-original equipment, or non-OEM parts).
- Damage resulted from improper mounting, excessive vehicle loads, and/or incorrect tire sizes, as well as Wheels that were sold as “blemished”.
- Wheels installed without full regard to Beligotti’s installation instructions, load rating recommendations, and tire size recommendations.
- Wheels damaged by shipping or handling. Inspect shipments and contact the shipping company if any products are damaged.
- Shipping damage claims must be filed with the delivery carrier.
RETURN POLICY
- All products returned must have pictures or video of defects before RGA/RMA is issued. Wheel photo/video must show defects and the face of the wheel for verification of style. All products returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice to the end user and the freight must be prepaid by the shipper/retail purchaser. Inability to comply with these return instructions may result in the refusal to inspect the product, and/or refusal to issue credit.
Damaged in Shipping
- If the product has been damaged in shipping, please prepare proof (such as photographic evidence) and contact your authorized dealer immediately.
Damaged by Customer
- Beligotti will not accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been damaged by the customer and the warranty will become void. This includes damage from customer misuse, missing parts, customer tampering that has deemed the items unsellable.
